By placing an order for a personal magazine with The Storybook Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bespoke Design and Creative Licence:

• Each personal magazine is designed from scratch, offering a truly bespoke service tailored to your unique content.

• As the graphic designer, The Storybook Collection retains full creative licence over the layout, design elements, and overall aesthetic of the magazine pages.

• While you will provide the photographs and text for your magazine, the design process is collaborative. We welcome your suggestions and feedback to help us create a magazine that you will love.

2. Customer-Supplied Content:

• You are responsible for providing all photographs and text content for your personal magazine.

• You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions for the use of all content provided, including but not limited to photographs, text, and any other media.

• Specifically regarding professional photographs, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have obtained explicit permission from the copyright holder (typically the photographer) for their use in your personal magazine. Images must be provided with confirmation that they are free for personal use. The Storybook Collection will not be held liable for any copyright infringement arising from the use of images provided by the customer without proper authorisation.

3. Design Ownership and Marketing:

• All designs created by The Storybook Collection remain the intellectual property of The Storybook Collection.

• The Storybook Collection reserves the right to use completed magazine designs for marketing purposes on our website and other promotional materials.

4. Social Media Sharing:

• We may ask for your consent to share your completed magazine, including any personal photos and stories contained within, on our social media platforms.

• You have the right to opt out of allowing us to share your magazine publicly online, and we will fully respect your decision should you choose not to grant permission.

5. Order Confirmation and Payment:

• Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this for your records.

• Full payment for the personal magazine is required upfront before the design process commences.

• We also offer a pay monthly option. If this option is selected, the full agreed-upon amount must be paid in full via the monthly installments before your completed personal magazine will be dispatched to you.

6. Personal Data:

• Your personal data will not be passed on or sold to any third parties.

• For delivery purposes, your name and address will be shared with a delivery company (Royal Mail)

7. Approval of Final Artwork:

• It is your sole responsibility to carefully review and approve the final magazine design for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, layout, and content accuracy.

• Once you have approved the final artwork, The Storybook Collection will proceed with the printing process. We are not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved artwork.

8. Creative Rights:

• The Storybook Collection, as the designer, maintains all creative rights over the design and layout of the personal magazine.
